RESPONISIBILITIES
- Serve as the primary on-site representative for Discount Roof
- Review project scope, materials, and timeline before work begins
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards
- Conduct jobsite inspections and quality checks
- Enforce safety procedures and jobsite professionalism
- Communicate clearly with homeowners, crews, and management
- Identify jobsite issues early and implement solutions quickly
- Provide progress updates and reports
IDEAL CANIDATE
- Background in roofing, exterior construction, or general construction
- Comfortable working at heights and on active jobsites
- Strong leadership and crew management skills
- Professional communication and customer interaction
- Ability to solve problems and keep projects moving forward
- Valid driver’s license
