Had a roof leak , I went up and looked and tarred some areas and thought I got it .NOPE after another rain more drops in house by a a/c vent ,it was not from the duct work but that is were it traveled …ALEC from Discount roof came out and squeezed me in generally showing much concern , I have a roof for my patio that is flat goes to my house roof , I thought the problem definitely was in there and would have to pay for replacing some rolled roof and shingle, MY roof is only 6 years old I wasn’t happy .Alec came down off the roof and asked me if I had anymore tar left , I said a little and gave it to him , he came down after a minute showed me a pic of a nail that I didn’t see at all that wasn’t even under the shingle and said your all set …Wow how did I miss seeing that …WHAT REALLY AMAZES ME I ASKED HOW MUCH HE SAID NOTHING , if it leaks again call but you should be good … fyi it was only a drop drop drop in heavy rain and sure enough No more leak …..I feel I could have bin told some shingle repairs or something but nope WHAT HONESTY …..thank a lot Alec and Discount Roofing ..
