Had a roof leak , I went up and looked and tarred some areas and thought I got it .NOPE after another rain more drops in house by a a/c vent ,it was not from the duct work but that is were it traveled …ALEC from Discount roof came out and squeezed me in generally showing much concern , I have a roof for my patio that is flat goes to my house roof , I thought the problem definitely was in there and would have to pay for replacing some rolled roof and shingle, MY roof is only 6 years old I wasn’t happy .Alec came down off the roof and asked me if I had anymore tar left , I said a little and gave it to him , he came down after a minute showed me a pic of a nail that I didn’t see at all that wasn’t even under the shingle and said your all set …Wow how did I miss seeing that …WHAT REALLY AMAZES ME I ASKED HOW MUCH HE SAID NOTHING , if it leaks again call but you should be good … fyi it was only a drop drop drop in heavy rain and sure enough No more leak …..I feel I could have bin told some shingle repairs or something but nope WHAT HONESTY …..thank a lot Alec and Discount Roofing ..
We had major storms in our area. They were able to get out quickly to quote our job. The explained the options and we got a good deal. The crew arrived on time and got to work. The job was completed quickly and a great job! The cleanup was super, left a great impression!

Updateed review: I just had Mike from Discount Roof out today to fix my gutters. Mike was friendly and quick. They fixed my gutter in just a couple of hours. Last month I spoke with the owner's son, and he apologized for my job accidentally getting lost, but they re-earned my business, and I'm looking forward to hiring them again to fix my back porch in the spring. I can now proudly say they're a great company, and I appreciate their commitment to their customers' satisfaction. Highly recommend, and I'll definitely be using them again.
Discount Roof was professional from start to finish. I received an estimate that week and he noticed another problem with my soffit and they corrected it. It just took a few hours. Their workers were courteous and despite the cold, they did a great job.
Will try and keep it short and to the point. Everyone was timely in responding and was on time and where/when they said they would be through the whole process. Things were discovered along the way like extra layers of shingles and a hidden metal roof and none of it was a BIG deal and then a ton of added charges. It was handled as it stated in the contract and did not slow them down a bit. Communication was always timely and consistent and I always knew where things stood along the way. I could not be happier with the level of politeness, professionalism, and workmanship by ALL team members that I came in contact with. I was kept informed every step of the way. When they say they'll be there, they'll be there. They did a great job, and finished my garage and house in 2 days. As a bonus, they were the best price I got, and have a lifetime warranty.
