Outstanding service in the middle of a clean up from a tornado! They responded so quickly and immediately got me a quote and were out to perform the repairs almost instantly! Had a roof leak , I went up and looked and tarred some areas and thought I got it .NOPE after another rain more drops in house by a a/c vent ,it was not from the duct work but that is were it traveled …ALEC from Discount roof came out and squeezed me in generally showing much concern , I have a roof for my patio that is flat goes to my house roof , I thought the problem definitely was in there and would have to pay for replacing some rolled roof and shingle, MY roof is only 6 years old I wasn’t happy .Alec came down off the roof and asked me if I had anymore tar left , I said a little and gave it to him , he came down after a minute showed me a pic of a nail that I didn’t see at all that wasn’t even under the shingle and said your all set …Wow how did I miss seeing that …WHAT REALLY AMAZES ME I ASKED HOW MUCH HE SAID NOTHING , if it leaks again call but you should be good … fyi it was only a drop drop drop in heavy rain and sure enough No more leak …..I feel I could have bin told some shingle repairs or something but nope WHAT HONESTY …..thank a lot Alec and Discount Roofing ..
We had major storms in our area. They were able to get out quickly to quote our job. The explained the options and we got a good deal. The crew arrived on time and got to work. The job was completed quickly and a great job! The cleanup was super, left a great impression!

Updateed review: I just had Mike from Discount Roof out today to fix my gutters. Mike was friendly and quick. They fixed my gutter in just a couple of hours. Last month I spoke with the owner's son, and he apologized for my job accidentally getting lost, but they re-earned my business, and I'm looking forward to hiring them again to fix my back porch in the spring. I can now proudly say they're a great company, and I appreciate their commitment to their customers' satisfaction. Highly recommend, and I'll definitely be using them again.
Discount Roof was professional from start to finish. I received an estimate that week and he noticed another problem with my soffit and they corrected it. It just took a few hours. Their workers were courteous and despite the cold, they did a great job.
Will try and keep it short and to the point. Everyone was timely in responding and was on time and where/when they said they would be through the whole process. Things were discovered along the way like extra layers of shingles and a hidden metal roof and none of it was a BIG deal and then a ton of added charges. It was handled as it stated in the contract and did not slow them down a bit. Communication was always timely and consistent and I always knew where things stood along the way. I could not be happier with the level of politeness, professionalism, and workmanship by ALL team members that I came in contact with. I was kept informed every step of the way. When they say they'll be there, they'll be there. They did a great job, and finished my garage and house in 2 days. As a bonus, they were the best price I got, and have a lifetime warranty.

The roofers did a great job,they removed and installed the new roof in one day. They worked short hand,just two roofers and they stayed until job was done. They did excellent work.

Discount Roof did a great job installing our new roof, soffit, fascia, and gutters. Installation was quick but professional as our roof was a complete tear off, including all plywood, and was finished in 2 days. The second part of our project was all new soffit, fascia and gutters and completed in 2 days as well. Mitch was our salesman and was great to work with. Knowledgeable with answers for all questions and concerns. And John, our project manager was also great to work with.
As with any project of this size, we had a couple of small hiccups but both were quickly taken care of with no delay in work.
Will definitely recommend them to anyone.

We are so happy with the work done by this company from start to finish. Excellent communication and the work was done quickly and at a reasonable price. I will definitely recommend them.
I called them and they were promt in coming out to look at the damage the storm did to the roof. It was a ridge vent damaged shingles . Got an estimate and 2 days later they removed the rest of the shingles on the ridge and replaced all of them.i would highly recommend them to anyone. They are very polite.

HONEST! We called for a quote for replacing our 2500sqft foot and Alec came out. He did a thorough and detailed assessment, no charge. Due to the age of our roof we had been told it would absolutely need replacing as soon as possible by other roofers in the Valpo area. He looked at us honesty and said our roof is in excellent shape and could last another few years, in his professional opinion there was no urgency! These are the types of businesses we should be supporting! When we decide to change our roof we will absolutely be choosing Discount Roof.

I have been seeing their signs up everywhere in Hobart, they must be doing something right! I had them out to do our flat roof and switch out our downspouts to a larger size. Once my shingles have aged we definitely will have them back out again to do that too! Highly recommended.
Good experience start to finish! Beginning with the estimate (shout out to Cole!),he showed up on time,gave me suggestions and honest opinions on what needed to be done, when his crew could do the job,and between him and the office personnel,kept in contact each step of the way. The experience with Discount Roof was PHENOMENALLY GREAT! It started with the quote by Jeff. He actually do it before he left our house. We didn’t have to wait days. He didn’t have to go up on the roof because they use satellite imagery to calculate the square foot of the roof.
They came and worked hard. Each person had a specific set of tasks which they did. In two hours all the old roofing was gone.

Removed old insulation from garage attic, did a great job, went beyond my expectations, couldn't of been happier with results, great company.
Overall we are very pleased with the experience and completed job that we received from this company. The estimator Mitch was very friendly and knowledgeable. He listened to what we wanted and made it happen. The crew that came out were very professional and completed our job quickly. They cleaned up everything after they were done.
